Dongfeng wheel plant has 28 wheel rim and composite production lines,571 facilities in total. Supply ability: 7 million pcs per year.

It can design and manufacture with special wheel equipments like hydraulic roller machine, flash butt-weld machine,

hydraulic cutting machine, press spot welding machine and so on.

Product Inspection

The quality control center has 10 equipments including 4 units imported from USA and Italy. It can test

and inspect wheel bending fatigue, radial fatigue and dynamic trim according to domestic or international standards.
